HOW WE CAN HELP
In times that feel desperate, we all need reassurance that there is light at the end of the tunnel. We are well-placed to help you and your family tackle despair with understanding as we have been where you are now and know what you are facing.

GENERAL ADVICE
As we have been trained by well-known and respected Charities who operate within this sector, we are able to signpost you to the organisations who are best suited to help you along this road.

Sometimes it's hard to know where to start, who to ask or where to turn and we can give you the comfort and confidence you need to obtain assistance in the right places.
PRISON LIFE
COUNSELLING
During times of need, when you are feeling overwhelmed, we will listen and do our utmost to help you resolve your own problems, including those involving mental health.

We completely understand how you may feel at times like this and the importance of having someone impartial who you can turn to, especially when you do not want to burden your loved ones.

We feel very strongly about the importance for both offenders and their loved ones knowing that there is a non-judgemental confidante available to them during the dark times.
Prison life is a world of its own where you will need to adjust immediately to an enforced daily structure and new terminology. Having the understanding and knowledge that we can provide will help you navigate this journey through the system. Furthermore, when your loved ones know that you are coping, it will bring comfort to them in these difficult times.

The term 'survival guide' tends to evoke a feeling of nervousness and apprehension. What we offer is experience and understanding
PRISON LAW
Having the qualifications and knowledge, we are able to provide a level of support and then signpost you to Barristers, Solicitors and Prison Law advisors at the appropriate times. This could be before Court Dates, during a given sentence or even towards Parole Boards and your licensing upon release.
PROBATION MATTERS
Having had first hand experience of the Probation Service, we can clarify the process which will help alleviate areas of concern and misconceptions. We can guide you through the system and explain important matters such as licence conditions. Probation becomes part of any sentence and should be dealt with and fully understood.
